Welcome to TripForm.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TripForm platform (“Service”, “Platform”, “TripForm”), operated by TripForm (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using TripForm, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

TripForm is a subscription-based software platform that allows transport and travel agencies to create and share booking forms for collecting transport requests from customers.

TripForm acts only as a booking intake and form management tool and does not provide transportation services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TripForm.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use TripForm, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Subscription, Trial & Billing

Free Trial

  • TripForm offers a 14-day free trial for new users
  • During the trial, all features are available

Paid Subscription

  • After the trial, continued use requires a $10/month subscription
  • Payments are handled by our billing provider (Polar)

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • If you cancel during the free trial, access will remain active until the trial ends
  • If you cancel a paid subscription, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period

Failure to subscribe after the trial ends will result in restricted access to the Service.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use TripForm only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for fraudulent or misleading activities
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Use TripForm to collect or distribute illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Customer Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data submitted through your booking forms.

TripForm:

  • Stores data solely to provide the Service
  • Does not sell customer data
  • Does not contact your customers on your behalf

You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Public Booking Pages

Booking pages created with TripForm are publicly accessible via shareable links.

You are responsible for:

  • The content displayed on your booking page
  • Communicating clearly with your customers after receiving booking requests

TripForm is not responsible for:

  • Missed bookings
  • Disputes between you and your customers
  • Fulfillment of transport services

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep TripForm available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical issues beyond our control

We are not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from such interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the TripForm platform, including software, branding, and design, belong to TripForm.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TripForm is provided “as is” and “as available”
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for lost revenue, bookings, or business opportunities

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • We discontinue the Service

Upon termination:

  • Access to paid features will be revoked
  • Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are made:

  • The updated version will be posted on this page
  • Continued use of TripForm constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where TripForm operates.
